Vinod is a social entrepreneur who previously served as founding member and Director at STIR Education, a successful not-for-profit start-up focused on building teacher changemaker networks in India and Uganda. Under his leadership, STIR program in India scaled to over 15000 teachers. Prior to this Vinod worked at Investment Banks like Nomura and Lehman Brothers. He did his MBA from Delhi School of Economics and holds a B.Sc. in Physics from Delhi University.

Sarita Sharma, worked in Sardar Patel Vidyalaya Delhi for 7 years where she headed the Maths Lab Programme for primary school. For the next 6 years she headed the primary wing (Grade 1-3) and led the Math team in CurriMakers. Sarita conducts workshops for teachers in various subjects, theater and pedagogy independently, as well as for British Council. She holds a B. El. Ed. from Delhi University and M. Ed from Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai.

Suvidhi has 8 years of work experience in the education sector as a researcher, teacher trainer and teacher. She has worked with government schools, affordable private schools and various non-profit organisations in various capacities, however her focus has been on implementation of programs at scale and understanding the impact of interventions in education. Prior to joining TheTeacherApp, Suvidhi worked at J-PAL, STIR Education and Teach for India. She holds a Ed.M in International Education Policy from Harvard University and a B.A in Psychology from Delhi University.

Ishan is a technologist who has 5 years of experience in building and launching education, media and financial technology products at organizations like IBM Research, Amazon and PayPal. Building the University of Texas-Austin’s eLearning platform, sparked his curiosity to delve deeper into education technology, and eventually solve the problem of digital access for teachers in India, at TheTeacherApp. Ishan holds a B. Sc. in Computer Science from The University of Texas-Austin and currently pursuing his MBA from Tepper School of Business, Carnegie Mellon University.

Medha started her career at Google, managing digital advertising (AdWords) accounts for small and medium businesses. To explore the potential of education to act as a social equaliser, she joined Going to School, a design-driven education non-profit where she worked across Bihar and Jharkhand. She loved the non-stop hustle at Global Citizen Festival, India working on Education and Gender Policy & Advocacy. Medha holds a B.A. in Economics from Shri Ram College of Commerce.

Bhanu has taught as a primary school teacher for over 7 years in private as well as government schools such as Sardar Patel Vidyalaya and Navyug School. She was involved in creating teacher training curriculum and assessment of teacher training programs at Etasha, TISS, NCTE. She has worked in the field of teacher professional development and as a content developer in Mathematics for over 4 years at Xseed Education and Birla Edutech. Bhanu holds a B. El. Ed. from Delhi University, M.A. in Education from TISS, Mumbai and Master’s in Sociology from IGNOU.

Shilpa has experience in school education for over 14 years; has worked as a teacher, teacher educator at private schools and an Assistant Professor in the Department of Education, Delhi University. She participated in the ‘Climate Change Educators Skillshare’ in Melbourne, Australia under the Australian Leadership Awards (ALA) Fellowships. She holds a B.El.Ed, an M.Ed., M.Phil (Education) from the Department of Education, Delhi University and M.A. in Political Science and Public Administration.

Ishtha has worked with STIR Education as a Qualitative Data Analyst, aiming to understand teachers’ beliefs about their students and about each other. She holds a B.A. from Lady Shri Ram College and MSc. in Social Psychology from London School of Economics. Her thesis led to her deep interest in child psychology, and subsequently in the space between child development and education.

After teaching for 4 years, Parul joined Currimakers where she helped build child-friendly curriculum, delivered through print and digital media. She has worked as a subject matter expert in Mathematics and team lead at S.Chand Group of Companies and content developer at Pearson India. She’s been engaged with study of the web portal by Delhi University, Regional Resource Centre for Elementary Education. She holds a B.El.Ed from Delhi University, M.Ed. from TISS and is currently pursuing Master's in Psychology at IGNOU.

A passionate reader, Kriti holds B. Sc. from University of Delhi and a B. Ed from Indraprastha University. As the academic head of the primary department of Presidium School, she was responsible for curriculum implementation, parent communication, classroom observations and teacher training and feedback. She has taught as a primary teacher at Presidium School for 4 years. Her profile at Currimakers included reviewing and co-authoring of theme based learning books for science for grades 1 to 5.

She has worked as an educator for both children and teachers as well as in the field of teacher professional development. She was involved in researches focussing on children's literature in school textbooks, gender and education and has co-written a monograph 'Stories in a School Bag.’ Her research in M.Phil. focussed on understanding the formulation of curricula as policy in teacher education.

Honey has been working in the education sector for 4 years.
